秦盼柱,安徽淮北人,博士,安徽医科大学“东南学者”,校聘副教授,硕士生导师,近年来聚焦生物传感理论基础与应用研究工作,相关研究成果以(共)第一作者或(共)通讯作者发表在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Analytical Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、和Food Control等中科院1区SCI刊物发表论文多篇,主持安徽省自然科学基金青年项目、安徽高校自然科学研究项目重点项目、安徽医科大学东南学者人才启动经费、安徽医科大学公共卫生学院高峰学科项目及其他合作项目等。
