刘开永,安徽颍上人,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师,美国密歇根大学(安娜堡分校)医学院访问学者,安徽医科大学中青年学术骨干(校级第三批优秀青年教师),安徽医科大学公共卫生学院预防医学实验教学中心常务副主任;国家自然科学基金函审专家,全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家,中国营养学会及肥胖防控分会会员,安徽省营养学会理事,安徽省食品安全风险评估专家委员会委员;Environ Sci Pollut Res, Int J Hyg Environ Health和Sci Total Environ等多个SCI源期刊的审稿专家。
近5年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各1项,国家行业标准2项,安徽省优秀人才重点项目1项;安徽省教育厅高校自然科学研究重点项目和一般研究项目各1项;主要参与国家自然科学基金委员会与英国国家科研与创新署合作研究项目1项;指导省级大学生创新训练研究项目5项。近 5年来以第一或通讯作者(共同)在《食品科学》、《中国抗生素杂志》、《Environment International》、《Environmental Pollution》和《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》等期刊发表学术论文20余篇,参编教材2部,参与专利1项。曾获安徽医科大学优秀共产党员、优秀研究生导师和优秀本科生指导教师等荣誉称号。
主要学术研究方向:
❶新兴食源性污染物生物监测与健康效应评估:建立以新兴污染物抗生素为代表的生物监测方法,基于微生物学抑制效应,初步阐明其在孕妇、儿童、成年人和老龄人群体内暴露的健康风险。
❷老龄人群营养代谢:建立血清色氨酸和短链脂肪酸靶向代谢组分析方法,评价其与老龄人群慢性疾病风险的关联性。
