黄锟，教授，博士生导师，东南博士后合作导师。安徽医科大学发展规划处副处长。丹麦奥胡斯大学、英国利物浦大学访问研究员。安徽省学术和技术带头人后备人选。安徽医科大学青年拔尖人才、中青年学术技术带头人，安徽医科大学十佳教师、悦群十佳创新科技工作者。

主要研究领域为生命早期环境暴露与母婴健康。担任出生人口健康教育部重点实验室出生队列平台负责人，妊娠与甲状腺国际联盟成员，与芬兰、瑞典、英国、比利时、丹麦等研究机构开展广泛实质性合作。近年来主持国家自然科学基金4项、国家重点研发计划项目子课题1项、科技部科技基础资源调查专项子课题1项。主持安徽省高校协同创新项目等省部级研究项目7项。获安徽省科学技术奖二等奖2项、自然科学奖三等奖1项，中华预防医学会科学技术奖二等奖1项；省级教学成果奖二等奖1项、三等奖2项。以第一/通讯作者在Int J Epidemiol, BMC Med, Brain Behav Immun, Thyroid等权威期刊发表研究论文80余篇。指导学生获安徽省大学生职业规划设计大赛金奖、“互联网+”创新创业大赛省级金奖、研究生国家奖学金、安徽省高校优秀毕业生、十佳研究生等多项奖项和荣誉。
